Your Mission



You will support and optimize procurement operations in Kenya. Your goal is to align activities with global standards while enhancing cost efficiency, supplier performance, compliance, and import/export effectiveness.

What You Do

• Align procurement activities with global strategy, policies, and procedures.

• Source raw materials locally and internationally in a cost-efficient manner.

• Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Oversee import/export processes, including documentation and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and government authorities.

• Maintain and update the supplier database in line with vendor management standards.

• Support supplier performance evaluations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning teams to prevent stock disruptions.

• Prepare procurement reports and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

What We Expect from You

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in procurement and supply chain operations.

• Proven experience in import/export operations and local sourcing.

• Solid understanding of international trade regulations and Kenyan customs procedures.

• Professional certification (CIPS, CPSP-K) or KISM membership is an added advantage.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
