Job Overview

Our client is seeking to recruit two motivated and enthusiastic Reservations Interns to support the reservations department. The successful candidates will assist with handling reservations, responding to client inquiries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for customers.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or students with a background in Tourism, Travel & Hospitality who are eager to gain practical industry experience and are willing to learn and take on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing and coordinating customer reservations and bookings.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Assist in preparing quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records and customer information.
• Follow up on pending bookings, confirmations, payments, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel service providers where required.
• Support the reservations team in ensuring bookings are processed accurately and on time.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service.
• Assist with general administrative duties within the reservations department.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or student seeking practical industry experience.
• Strong interest in the tourism and travel industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach.
• Must be willing and ready to work and learn in a hands-on environment.
